Teaching philosophy:
Incorporating a physical practice, breath work, and meditation techniques, Compass Yoga teaches students to focus, relax, and find a greater sense of ease in daily life. We welcome the opportunity to work with students of all levels in group classes.

All classes are free unless otherwise noted
Tips:
Please bring your own mat or beach towel to practice if you’d like to use one during the class. Also, if you find certain props helpful (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.) please bring them along, too.
